I own a store and would love to buy a batch of monsters!

I would love ♥ to sell my monsters in your store. All you need to do is to go to my Contact page, send me an email with your name, phone number, store's full address, and I will respond to your email within 48 hours with a line sheet of what I sell wholesale.

What are your shipping policies?

- Your order, unless stated otherwise, will ship within 3 BUSINESS days of payment having been received. If you have any questions of when your items will be sent please feel free to contact me. I make and ship your purchase in the order it was received, and usually all orders placed online will ship in 3 working days. NOTE: This does not pertain to wholesale purchases. If you would like special attention to bring you to the front of the line please contact me first. In many cases there is no problem but if I am having a very busy week this may incur a small rush fee.

While most orders shipping outside of the Canada take approx 4-12 days to arrive, transit times can/may vary and depending on the type of shipping, and a guaranteed
arrival date is unavailable.

I want to order something, but leave you a note for a custom item. How do I do that?

- All you need to do is add your item to the cart, then when you've chosen which country it's being shipped to, you will be directed to PayPal. When you confirm the correct mailing address, it's THERE that you will add the note to seller. Right below your address, will say "Note to seller: add" and that's when you add what you would like for your custom item. If by chance you finished the transaction and forgot this step, just go my contact page, and send me an email from there. I will respond to your email within 24 hours. If you forgot that step as well (for custom items), I will contact you via the email address from your PayPal.

I also live in Montreal and can pick up my package. Is there something you could do so I won't have to pay the shipping?.

- For sure! Before you buy the item you're interested in, send me an email from the contact page telling me which item you would like to buy, and I will remove the shipping for you. I will immediately email you that it's ready to buy. I must remind you that I can't guarantee someone else won't buy that item, so please buy it as soon as you receive my response email!

What about customs? Will I have to pay a fee?

We ship with Canada Post, and there shouldn't be any custom fees, but if there are, the customs fees & tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Duties levied by Customs agents are according to the import laws of your respective country(s) and as such I cannot be held responsible for them.

I have this great idea for a monster, but can't find it anywhere, if I asked you, could you make it for me?

- We love to receive custom orders, but be fairly warned that they are at a higher cost than the regular monsters we sell. A monster that is under 12 inches tall will cost you about $60. Click me ... CUSTOM MONSTER FROM A DRAWING . If you request a monster that is very specific, larger than 12 inches tall, and requires specific fabrics, or is fairly complicated, the price of said monster will start at $100 and up. Ideally we would like to provide all customers with an original toy, but please keep in mind that these custom dolls are a lot of work, and our salaries double when creating custom toys. We aren't working we pre-made patterns, or fabrics we already have in stock. We cannot anticipate to have every fabric ever made, nor have a pattern for every doll ever created. Please consider all of this when asking us about creating a custom 'monster' If you agree with the above and would still like to order one, please contact me. In your email you should provide a full sized scan of the drawing of the monster, and separately you should describe in detail all the colours you would like me to use, and where they should go. This will give me the opportunity to see if I can create your monster for you, and give you the price. Once the price is agreed upon, I will then create a listing for you, and will email you when it's ready for you to purchase.

I have an order, but I needed it tomorrow, what can I do?

- Express shipping is available on a case by case basis. Please note that faster shipping starts at $24+ depending on the service requested, and the location. Please inquire about rush shipping before purchasing the item.

I'm not happy with my monster and I want to return it!

- I'm sorry you're not happy with your monster! I can accept a return, but I will contact you to discuss if there's something I can do to resolve the issue. If you still desire to return it, you will have to pay the cost of the shipping, and I will gladly refund your money. If you require an exchange, please include a money order for the cost of shipping to get your new friend.
